Hi there!
My name is Kara Helman-Bowdidge, I am very passionate about caregiving, and along with my role as the owner I am active on a day by day basis of directing Live Better Home Care. I am so proud to work with a team of caregivers to provide better care. I enjoy meeting new people, and learning from them and teaching others.
I am committed to providing a high quality of care both in leading caregivers and develping the service of Live Better Home Care. I like to find the humor in everyday life, and bring it into my work.
I am fond of being out in nature, hiking trails and I am an animal lover. You will find a dog in my office most any time.
Myself and all of our caregivers can’t wait to help seniors in the Greater Brunswick community and beyond!

Beth MacLane is the RN Administrator for Live Better Health Services. She has been a nurse for over 26 years, specializing in women's health Geriatrics. She also has a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Combining East and West medicine for optimum health is her signature. As the RN Administrator for Live Better Health Services, she can provide a balanced approach through the aging process.
